Medical Case Management
The Skyline-Sterling team provides non-clinical medical and dental case management and administrative support to the National Guard Headquarters of each state and territory. Consisting of Skyline and Sterling Medical Corporation, we augment the Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) process with case managers and administrative personnel who provide responsive and flexible pre-mobilization IMR support. By identifying and tracking soldiers who are not Fully Medically Ready (FMR), we measurably increase unit strength levels and increase the overall efficiency of the mobilization process.
Our personnel are involved in virtually every facet of soldier readiness, to include: Soldier Readiness Processing, Soldier Readiness Certification, Duty-related medical conditions, and referrals to Medical Evaluation Boards. We assist non-FMR soldiers to become FMR by coordinating the efforts of the Military Treatment Facilities, Veterans Affairs Medical Centers, TRICARE Resources, as well as non-network civilian Health care providers.
